7.2 You can stop marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing help@fraboost.com.

7.4 We may show you adverts on social media and other websites. If you've accepted advertising cookies, these may be based on products you've looked at on our website. You can change your cookie choices at any time.
8. COOKIES
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use four types:
Strictly necessary cookies: these make our website work, for example by remembering your basket and keeping checkout secure. The website can't work properly without them.
Performance and analytics cookies: these help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
Functionality cookies: these remember your choices, such as your login details, so you don't have to enter them again.
Targeting cookies: these record your visits and the pages you view, so we can show you more relevant adverts.
We only use performance, functionality and targeting cookies if you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time through the cookie settings on our website or in your browser. If you block all cookies, some parts of our website may not work.
9. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
We never sell your personal data. We only share it when we need to, and only with:
Our online store platform and website hosting provider
Payment and fraud prevention providers
Our warehouses in Germany and France, which pack and send your orders
Courier and delivery companies
Email and customer service providers
Analytics and advertising partners, if you've accepted those cookies
Our accountants, lawyers and other professional advisers
The police, HMRC or other authorities, if the law requires it
A buyer or new owner, if we ever sell or merge our business
Everyone we share data with must keep it secure and use it only for the purpose we've given them.
10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Our orders are sent from warehouses in Germany and France, so your name, delivery address and order details are shared with them. The UK recognises the European Union as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data.
Some of our service providers may be based in, or store data in, other countries such as the United States. When this happens, we make sure your data is protected to a similar standard as in the UK, for example by using approved contract clauses.
11. DATA SECURITY
We have security measures in place to stop your personal data being lost, misused or accessed without permission. Our website uses encrypted connections, and only people who need your data to do their job can access it.
If there's ever a data breach that puts your rights at risk, we'll tell you and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) when the law requires us to.
12. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We only keep your data for as long as we need it.
Order and payment records: 6 years after the end of the financial year of your last purchase, as required by UK tax law.
Customer service messages: up to 2 years after our last contact with you.
Account data: until you ask us to close your account, or after 3 years with no activity.
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
Website log data: up to 30 days, unless we need it to investigate a security issue.
When we no longer need your data, we securely delete it or make it anonymous.
13. IF YOU DON'T GIVE US YOUR DATA
Some data is needed to fulfil your order, such as your name, address and email. If you don't give it to us, we may not be able to process your order.
14. CHANGE OF PURPOSE
We only use your data for the reasons we collected it. If we need to use it for a new, unrelated purpose, we'll tell you first and explain the legal basis for doing so.
15. OTHER WEBSITES
Our website may link to other websites, apps and social media platforms. Clicking those links may allow third parties to collect your data. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their privacy policies.
